An 18-year-old suspect and a 19-year-old suspect, both of Allentown, were arrested Oct. 28 for underage drinking in the 300 block of South Delong Avenue, according to Emmaus police. Citations were issued.
Tokai Bellamy. 42, of Allentown, was arrested Nov. 12 for an alleged sale or transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsification/statements, according to Emmaus police.
Robert Michael Jroski, 55, of Bethlehem, was arrested Nov. 2 for the alleged sale or transfer of a firearm, according to Emmaus police.
A 19-year-old male, of Breinigsville, was arrested Nov. 12 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana in the unit block of Minor Street, according to Emmaus police.
Charles Lynn Burgert, 39, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 6 for alleged disorderly conduct after an altercation in the 200 block of East Harrison Street, according to Emmaus police.
Holly Carol Kennedy, 66, of Palmer, was arrested for alleged theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and access device fraud after she allegedly removed approximately $33,058 from a business account while working as an accountant for West Valley Presbyterian Church, 4251 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, between March 20, 2017 and November, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Troopers responded to the business after another employee became aware funds were missing from a business account.
An unknown person gained entry into a box truck on a construction site in the 4500 block of Main Road West, Upper Milford Township and removed tools valued at approximately $5,000 between 4:05 p.m. Oct. 30 and 7:15 a.m. Oct. 31. A New Jersey man is sought by federal law enforcement officials for his alleged involvement in the murder of a woman and her dog in a Newark, N. J., apartment, on Oct. 17, 2014, according to a media release from the Philadelphia division of the FBI.
On Nov. 3, 2014, Lamont Stephenson was charged with homicide by the state of New Jersey in Essex County, N.J., according to the FBI media release.
Troopers from Pennsylvania State Police Troop M will install car seats 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 24 at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township.
Troop M includes barracks in Belfast, Bethlehem, Dublin, Fogelsville and Trevose.
The car seat installation locations coincide with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s “Click It or Ticket” campaign running Nov. 19 to Dec. 4.
The troopers installing the seats are NHTSA Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician Troopers, according to police.

Ronnie Keith Banks, 32, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 27 in the unit block of South 10th Street for alleged simple assault and harassment after a dispute, according to Emmaus police.
Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin announced Nov. 2 two persons have been charged with animal cruelty and neglect.
Melanie Rehrig, 33 and Jason Wieder, 39, both of the 900 block of Hillcrest Drive South, Macungie, are both charged with five counts of alleged aggravated cruelty to animals, a felony of the third degree; six counts of cruelty to animals, a misdemeanor of the second degree; six counts of neglect of animals, a misdemeanor of the third degree and 86 counts of neglect of animals, a summary offense, according to a media release from the district attorney’s office.
A 64-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 6 for driving under the influence and accidents involving unattended property in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.
