Access device fraud

A male resident of Cottonwood Court, Lower Macungie Township, reported unknown actors took possession of his credit card information, without his consent and used his information to complete three transactions totaling approximately $1,100 between March 30 and April 1.

A resident of the 3900 block of Larkspur Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported an unknown actor removed change from the center console of the vehicle overnight April 27.

Aggravated assault

Kyle Thomas Armbruster, 27, of Allentown, was charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly attacked two EMS workers in an incident in the 8200 block of Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:33 p.m. March 22. According to police, the EMS workers attempted to give aid to Armbruster. He allegedly physically assaulted both workers, causing a concussion and other physical injuries. Charges were filed, according to court documents.

DUI

Jeffrey Paul Reichl, 35, of Whitehall, was arrested April 22 for suspicion of driving under the influence in the 100 block of Klines Lane. He was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center for processing. Charges were filed, according to court records.

Kristian Benjamin Anderson, 37, of Emmaus was arrested April 22 and 27 for alleged public drunkenness after creating a disturbance in the unit block of North Fifth Street. Citations were filed, according to court records.

Burglary

Reported by a resident in the 6000 block of Shepherd Hills Ave., Lower Macungie Township, an unknown actor entered the residence by force and removed three handguns between 8:45 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. April 21. The stolen guns were a Glock 19 9 mm, a Glock 30 .45-caliber and a Smith and Wesson M&P Shield .40-caliber. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

Chad Michael Pahula, 35, of Macungie, was charged with alleged drug possession and related charges under the Controlled Substances, Drugs, Device and Cosmetic Act after a trooper responded to Wawa, 3321 Willow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 1:59 a.m. April 9. A trooper responded to the location to check on a man slumped over the wheel of his car in the parking lot.
