Sexual explicit images by a minor

On Feb. 23, Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville were dispatched to a location in Lower Macungie Township after rumors were circulated that multiple juveniles had videos of two 14-year-old boys engaged in sexual activity with a teenage girl. The youths recorded themselves with the girl on Feb. 17 and sent the videos via cellphone to others. The investigation continues.

Harassment

Adriana Morales, 27, of Alburtis, allegedly struck a 36-year-old individual, of Catasauqua, multiple times on the head while at 1042 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Imalay Figueroa Trujillo, 22, of Easton, allegedly got into an argument with an individual over a parking spot in the lot of Panera Bread restaurant, 6370 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Trujillo allegedly punched the individual in the head several times and then left the scene.

Public drunkenness

Kristopher Charles Miller, 39, of Lehighton, was arrested for alleged public drunkenness in the 500 block of South Seventh Street March 11, according to police.

Allen Esteves, 55, of Emmaus, was arrested for alleged harassment in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue March 9 after a domestic dispute, according to police.

Jonathan Earlin Kunkel, 53, of Emmaus, was arrested March 6 for criminal mischief, reckless driving, careless driving and harassment after he allegedly backed into a vehicle in the 600 block of Furnace Street and left the scene, according to police.

DUI

Stephen Orville Cousley, 48, of Topton, was arrested Feb. 11 for allegedly driving under the influence after a vehicle stop in the unit block of South Sixth Street, according to police. He was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center and processed, according to police.

Felix Dejesus, 54, of Allentown, was arrested Feb. 15 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 300 block of Main Street, according to police. He was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center and processed, according to police.

Retail theft

A male actor, identity unknown, removed various items, valued at $353.42, from Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 1:19 p.m. Feb. 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Deandre Raymond Lambert, 27, of Allentown and Alisha Vialet, 25, of Allentown, allegedly under rang items valued at $158.07 at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:58 p.m. March 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogeslville.

Retail theft

Crystal Shanae Wise, 28, of Allentown and Tiheed Anthony Wise, 30, of Allentown, were taken into custody after they allegedly under scanned 27 different items among other items they actually bought at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The value of the merchandise not scanned was $153.21, according to police.

DUI

Stephen Eugene Kuzman III, 46, of Emmaus, was arrested Jan. 15 for allegedly driving under the influence, careless driving and speeding in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, according to police. Kuzman was transported to the Lehigh County DUI and processed, according to police.

Wyatt Weber, 20, of Allentown, was arrested Jan. 18 in the 200 block of East Harrison Street for alleged possession of marijuana after a traffic stop, according to police.

Possession

Paulina Ashley Moreno, 23, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for traffic violations along South Cedar Crest Boulevard at Riverbend Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:24 a.m. Feb. 9, according to police. A 30-year-old male, of Bethlehem, also is accused in the incident.
