Dorine F. Reichert, 85, of Alburtis, died October 13, 2012, in her home. She was the wife of the late Ernest A. Reichert, who died in February, 2010. Born in Alburtis, she was a daughter of the late Spencer L. and Katie E. (Weidner) Hoffman.

She retired from the physical therapy department of The Lutheran Home at Topton. Previously she was an administrative assistant for the Berks County Treasurer.

She was a member and lay reader of Zion Lehigh Lutheran Church, Alburtis and its Ladies Auxiliary.

Fensty's TV Service owner

Earl W.F. Fenstermacher, 88, of Emmaus, died October 13, 2012, in Cedarbrook. He was a son of the late Earl J.W. and Emily (Kemp) Fenstermacher.

He owned and operated Fensty's TV Service in Emmaus for 50 years before retiring in 2000.

He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of VFW Post 9264, Macungie.

He was a member of St. Matthew's Evangelical Congregational Church, Emmaus.

He is survived by nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four sisters, Pearl, Elizabeth Arndt, Shirley McElroy and Kathleen Ludwig.

William H. Kriebel

William H. Kriebel, 91, of Wilmington, Del., formerly of Macungie, died October 9, 2012, in his home. He was the husband of Virginia Hunter. Born in Macungie, he was the son of the late Henry J. and Annie (Hosfeld) Kriebel.

He worked for the former National Biscuit Company, now Nabisco for 42 years, retiring in the 1980s.

He honorably served his country in the Army during World War II.

Beatrice M. Derr, 96, formerly of Emmaus, died October 8, 2012, in Valley Manor Nursing Home, Coopersburg. She was the husband of the late Stanley W. Derr who died Aug. 19, 1991. Born in Macungie, she was the daughter of the late Meda (Moll) Oberholtcer and stepdaughter of the late Fred Oberholtcer.

She was a member of Old Zionsville United Church of Christ and was a graduate of Emmaus High School.

She is survived by cousins and friends. She was predeceased by a son, Douglas S.

Charles E. Arnold, 97, of Allentown, died October 9, 2012, in Above and Beyond. He was the husband of Ruth R. (Nonnemaker) Arnold, with whom he celebrated 72 years of marriage on Nov. 25, 2011. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Robert and Elsie (McHenry) Arnold.

He was a backhoe operator for the former Lehigh Burial Service for 42 years, retiring in 1986.

He honorably served his country in the Army during World War II, earning a Purple Heart.

He was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church and played the banjo in various orchestras.

Whitford R. "Dick" Dickinson Jr., 83, of Macungie, died October 3, 2012, in the Phoebe Home. He was the husband of Eleanor R. (Teada) Dickinson, with whom he shared 61 years of marriage. Born in Hummels Wharf, he was the son of the late Hilda (Clark) and Whitford R. Dickinson Sr.

He honorably served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict.

He worked for Mack Trucks Inc. for 18 years as an expediter, retiring in 1984. Prior to that he was a golf professional at Sunbury and Clinton Country Clubs.

He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Macungie.

He was employed as a laborer in the construction industry until retiring.

He was an active member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Emmaus.

Annabel M. Kramer, 85, of Macungie, died October 10, 2012, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Russel S. Kramer. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Thomas E. Zimmerman Sr. and Hattie H. (Ohlinger) Zimmerman.

She was a hairdresser for Ruth's Beauty Shop for 14 years, retiring in 1959.

She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, Alburtis, where she served on various committees and as a member of Consistory.
