The McGrath letter is vague: vitriolic right wing, outrageously FAR far right wing, insensitive, offensive, etc.

The letter is in response to an editorial [Debra Palmieri, Jan. 30, page 14] that is factual, citing historical fact: King George, American War of Independence, Second amendment, adopted Dec. 15, 1791, Merriam Webster definition, difference between automatic and semiautomatic, on and on. Central Catholic High School held its State of the Building presentation Feb. 3 in Rockne Hall.

Led by Principal Dennis Nemes, the presentation was composed of multiple speakers from the various Central Catholic office departments.

The Twelfth Night Festival presented each year in January at Christ Lutheran Church, 13th and Hamilton streets, Allentown, is a highlight of the season. This year, the 31st annual festival was performed to a sold- out crowd.
