The seniors then held a water balloon fight in the school parking lot, “The Pits.”

The Central City Project has begun work for the summer at the Amy Sullivan Memorial Urban Garden on Fourth Street in Allentown. The garden grows vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers and carrots which are later used to make Viking Salsa, a popular fundraiser item for the CCP. The CCP is Central Catholic’s community outreach program and runs many service programs, such as community dinners, tutoring opportunities at St. John Vianney Regional School and a partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Allentown.
