Robert Brady Barrett, 34, of Emmaus, was arrested April 8 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 400 block of Chestnut Street, according to police.

Matthew James Walter, 30, of Emmaus, was arrested April 9 for a sale/transfer of a firearm violation after he allegedly provided false information and attempted to purchase a firearm at The Golden Trigger gun shop, according to police.

Matthew Allen Dawson, 47, of Northampton, was arrested April 11 for false reports to law enforcement after he allegedly reported a false robbery April 2 in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, according to police.

Anna Marie Mendoza, 37, of Emmaus, was arrested April 13 for retail theft after she allegedly attempted to leave CVS, 702 Chestnut St., without paying for $152 worth of items, according to police.

A 2006 Yamaha Banshee all-terrain vehicle, valued at $3,000, was removed from a yard in the 300 block of Fairview Street. The incident was reported April 14.

An unknown actor entered the rear of a business in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street and removed an employee’s purse containing various items totaling $75. The incident was reported April 15.

A Ridgid brand generator, valued at $1,500, was removed from a rear porch at a residence in the 400 block of Ridge Street April 10. The actor cut a chain to remove the generator.

A Fit bicycle, valued at $500, was stolen in the 200 block of Macungie Avenue April 10.

A 15-year-old female was arrested for possession of tobacco on school property April 4 at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave.

The rear driver’s side window of a GMC Jimmy sports utility vehicle was damaged with a BB pellet, resulting in $100 damage. The incident was reported April 11 in the 400 block of North Street.

An unknown actor punctured four tires and scratched the trunk and passenger side of a Volkswagen Jetta, resulting in $2,000 damage. The incident was reported April 15 in the 100 block of Main Street.

A 15-year-old male was arrested March 12 for disorderly conduct after he used a classroom phone to call 911 when no emergency existed at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave.

A 17-year-old female was arrested March 16 for disorderly conduct after engaging in a fight at the Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave.

A 15-year-old male and an 18-year-old male were arrested for disorderly conduct April 2 after they fought at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave.
