Simple assault

Blaize Jonathon Cserpnyak, 29, of Emmaus, was arrested Jan. 27 for simple assault and harassment after he allegedly was involved in a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Broad Street, according to police. Cserpnyak was transported to Lehigh County Booking and processed, according to police.

A 17-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Jan. 17 for simple assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance after he allegedly became physically offensive toward an officer, according to police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Probation, according to police.

Justice Devlin Hoffman, 23, of Slatington, was arrested Jan. 10 for driving under the influence in the unit block of East Main Street after allegedly driving into a pole, according to police. Hoffman was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed, according to police.

A 16-year-old male was arrested Jan. 10 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and controlled substance in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, according to police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Probation, according to police.

An unknown actor forcibly entered through the window of a commercial building, setting off the alarm, in the 100 block of North Sixth Street. The incident was reported Jan. 26.

An unknown actor entered a residence in the 500 block of Turner Street and removed a television set valued at $500. The incident was reported Jan. 26.

An unknown actor removed a 3-foot ceramic Santa, valued at $50, from a porch in the 400 block of Fairview Street. The incident was reported Jan. 26.

An unknown actor sprayed four vehicles with dry chemical from a fire extinguisher in the 400 block of Adrian Street. The incident was reported Jan. 25.

An unknown actor damaged the driver’s side rear tire of a Dodge Dakota pickup truck and sprayed dry chemical from a fire extinguisher onto the driver’s side, causing $150 damage, while the truck was in the 500 block of Minor Street. The incident was reported Jan. 25.

An unknown actor damaged a passenger side tire of three different vehicles in the 400 block of Fairview Street, causing $550 damage. The incident was reported Jan. 25.

An unknown actor damaged the rear driver’s side window of a Kia Sorento SUV, causing $400 damage, in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. The incident was reported Jan. 27.

The driver’s side window of a Chrysler was damaged, resulting in a $300 loss, while in the 500 block of Alpine Circle. The incident was reported Jan. 26.

A window of a Chevrolet Suburban was damaged with a pellet, resulting in a $300 loss, in the 600 block of Berger Street. The incident was reported Jan. 26.
