Brandon C. Talkach, 23, of Zionsville, died Jan. 15, 2018, from injuries received in a vehicle accident. He was the son of Shawn L. Talkach, of Coopersburg and Tammy (Batholomew) Talkach, of Zionsville.

He was a 2012 graduate of Southern Lehigh High School and Lehigh Career & Technical Institute with a carpentry degree.

He was a production technician with Mack Trucks, Inc., Macungie, for over three years and previously worked for Reeb Miller, Bethlehem.

He was an avid quarter midget race car driver, racing at Blue Mountain and West End fairgrounds. He was a lifetime member of the Blue Mountain Quarter Midget Association.

He enjoyed his trucks, four wheeling and kayaking.

He is survived by his parents; stepmother, Tammy Breisch-Talkach; girlfriend Emma Zangli; maternal grandmother Helen Batholomew; paternal grandparents Melvin and Janet Allen. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Carl Batholomew.
