Aggravated

Matthew Paul Dengler, 22, of Macungie, was arrested Sept. 15 in the 1100 block of Eagle Drive on charges of suspicion of aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after allegedly being involved in a domestic dispute, according to police. Dengler was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center and processed, according to police.

Aaron James Ruch, 23, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 17 in the 400 block of North Fifth Street on charges of suspicion of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after a disturbance was reported, according to police. Ruch was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center and processed, according to police.

An unknown actor spray painted portions of a turnpike bridge and a tower in the 1400 block of Shimerville Road, resulting in $1,000 damage. The incident was reported Sept. 11.

An unknown actor scratched a Honda Odyssey in the 100 block of Pine Street, resulting in $1,000 damage. The incident was reported Sept. 12.

An unknown actor shot the rear window of a GMC pickup truck with a pellet in the unit block of Spruce Street, causing $250 damage. The incident was reported Sept. 14.

An actor entered a garage in the 100 block of Greenleaf Street and removed a Honda dirt bike valued at $1,500. The incident was reported Sept. 17.

An actor entered an unlocked garage in the 300 block of North Second Street and removed three bicycles with a total value of $2,055. The incident was reported Sept. 17.
