Constance L. Palmer, 61, of Kutztown, died Sept. 11, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of Phillip P. Palmer for 13 years last December. Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Grace (Jacoby) Arndt.

She was a rural postal carrier for the U.S. Post Office, Fogelsville for 20 years. She was also a bus driver for the Northwestern Lehigh School District.

She was on the board of directors for the former Northwestern Ambulance Corps and was of the Lutheran faith.

She is survived by her husband; daughter, Chrystal and her husband Jerome Brunson, of Harrisburg; son, Craig Deppe and wife Erin, of Emmaus; stepdaughters, Pamela Kline, of New Tripoli, Shannon and her husband Ross Rinkinen, of Michigan, Jennifer Livengood, of Bucks County; stepsons, Patrick Palmer, of Breinigsville, Ted Livengood, and his wife Dawn, of Illinois; sisters, Charlotte and her husband Leo Yeakel, of Chinchilla, Patricia and her husband Joseph Warnagiris, of Walnutport, Sharon Weber, of Tennesse, Judy Smyth, of Slatington; brother, Dale Arndt, and his wife Alice, of Danielsville; seven grandchildren; 10 step-grandchidlren; one stepgreat-grandchild; nieces and nephews; pet companions. She was predeceased by sisters, Brenda Solt and Cindy Arndt; stepson, Phillip Jr.
