ELECTION 2014 - 133RD DISTRICT Republican Dave Molony

What is the most pressing issue facing the 133rd district and what would you do about that issue?

In my going door to door throughout West Bethlehem, Hanover, and Fountain Hill, I've found the most pressing issue remains removing school property taxes from property entirely. In my discussions with the Republican leadership, the equivalent to House Bill 76 may well pass in the next legislative session, if enough members push for the legislation. Given this onerous form of taxation with its ever increasing cost and that effect on those with a fixed income, we need more than just a promised vote, but someone who will relentlessly push for its passage. I will do exactly that, from a State House majority member position. I never guarantee anything other than I will do my utmost, but this single thing will will remain my focus, as I'm determined to make this legislation pass for it's relief to my constituents, and I feel confident that if elected we can see it become law within the next two years.
